Your Coach
Florian Linckus
I’m Florian, a film & media composer from Germany. I’ve been writing music for pictures for more than 20 years – from animated series like “2 Aliens” to horror projects like “German Horror Story”, indie films, trailers and corporate work. I know both sides: the creative part (themes, emotion, storytelling) and the production reality (deadlines, stems, revisions, delivery).
Over the years I’ve worked with directors who needed fast, usable music – and with young filmmakers and composers who just needed someone to explain why their cue didn’t work yet. That’s why I coach: to shorten this painful trial-and-error phase.
I can teach in English and in German, I work in Cubase / Dorico / VE Pro and I love helping people get from “nice idea” to “this is ready for a client.”
